There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

If a customer returns an item on the same or next day as received, there will be a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. This will be paid by check after the product is returned and inspected with a report verifying it is in satisfactory condition; otherwise, accepting the return is subject to management decision following the inspection.

The 25% minimum restocking fee can be approved even if it takes up to 3 days to get the item returned; otherwise the fee increases to 50% with a one week window to get it returned. We regret this, but the secondary buyer (the customer who might purchase your returned product) has been proven unwilling to pay more than half the sale price when informed it is a used chair. This is the case even if it may have been used only a short time or not at all. The fact remains the second buyer regards it as "Used"; once it has been in another consumer's home. Most of our manufacturers either void the warranty or reduce it significantly once it is sold to a second buyer.

If customers are not able to return the product themselves, CWB Delivery LLC will perform the return and charge the customer the standard fees when picking it up.

To make the Restocking (25% or 50%) fee less costly, we offer a plan to EXCHANGE the product for something of equal or greater value. If this is done within three days of the purchase delivery date, management will work with the buyer to reduce the restocking fee, depending on the new product selected and the condition of the returned product. Standard delivery/return fees still apply.

Greer's Home Furnishings Retail Sales Associates (RSA's) are thoroughly trained to give every customer a thorough demonstration of the product when shopping at our store. They are expected to ask customers appropriate questions to assure it is the product best suited to their needs. We encourage our clients to spend as much time in the store as possible comparing products and helping them make sure it is the best solution for their home furnishings needs.
